Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Emergency Medicine professional to join our team. As an Emergency Medicine specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate medical care to patients in emergency situations. This is a full-time position with the primary location of work being Navsari, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Junior level of experience, ranging from 1 to 3 years.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Junior level experience in Emergency Medicine, ranging from 1 to 3 years
  • Valid MBBS degree and registration with medical council
  • Proficiency in emergency procedures, including resuscitation, trauma management, and critical care
  • Excellent clinical decision-making skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations with calmness and efficiency
  • Knowledge of latest advancements in emergency medicine and commitment to continuous learning
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assess patients, perform initial examinations, and provide immediate medical attention in emergency situations
  • Stabilize patients experiencing critical conditions and initiate appropriate interventions
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests to evaluate patient conditions and determine appropriate treatment plans
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and effective communication
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to established protocols and guidelines
  • Document patient information, medical history, and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly
  • Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding their medical conditions and preventive measures
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in emergency medicine and contribute to continuous professional development
  • Adhere to ethical and legal standards, maintain patient confidentiality, and comply with regulatory requirements
