 Deep understanding of Life Policy admins features and functionalities

 5 - 7 years Insurance/Financial Industry experience with a minimum of 5 years on Supporting Core Policy Admin systems especially Life Asia/Life400.

 knowledge of Surrounding applications like underwriting engine, Front end / mobile applications, and workflow.

 Good experience in omnichannel Integration

 Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.

 Knowledge of integrating with other surrounding applications around core application like Sales Portals, Workflow, and underwriting engines.

 Solution-oriented and pragmatic mindset paired with strong communication skills.

 Very good conceptual and analytical skills and a high motivation to define process automation.

 Demonstrated ability to work in a cross functional and collaborative team environment

 Experience in application integration middleware (e.g., MuleSoft) is an advantage.

 Strong understanding of Agile / Iterative delivery methodology.
