Weare currently seeking a skilled and detailoriented 3D Visualizerspecializing in exterior designs to join our dynamic team. Theideal candidate will possess extensive experience in architecturaldrafting with a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding ofthe architectural industrys demands. This role requires proficiencyin drafting modeling texturing lighting and rendering with a focuson creating visually appealing and accurate exteriorvisualizations.


RequirementsKeyResponsibilities:
  • Producedetailed architectural designs and drafts using AutoCAD focusing onexteriorelements.
  • Develop3D models and visualizations of architectural exteriors using 3DsMax with Vray enhancing the projects visualimpact.
  • Workclosely with architects and designers to understand projectrequirements and develop accurate and realisticrenderings.
  • Studyrectify and improve architectural drawings plans elevations andsections usingAutoCAD.
  • Applytexturing and lighting techniques to create photorealistic rendersof exteriordesigns.
  • Collaboratewith the design team to explore design alternatives and providecreativesolutions.
  • Ensureall visualizations and renderings meet the highquality standardsand projectspecifications.
EssentialQualifications:
  • 13years of relevant work experience in architectural draftingmodeling texturing lighting and rendering specifically focused onexteriors.
  • Strongproficiency in AutoCAD 2D/3D 3Ds Max with Vray andPhotoshop.
  • Excellentunderstanding of architectural drawings plans elevations andsections.
  • Abilityto produce detailed drafts and accurate architecturalvisualizations.
  • Strongcommunication and teamwork skills with the ability to workcollaboratively with architects anddesigners.
