Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled VMC Programmer with expertise in Mastercam to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating VMC machines, ensuring smooth and efficient production.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Program and operate VMC machines using Mastercam software
• Develop machining processes and tool paths based on engineering drawings
• Set up workpieces, fixtures, and tools for machining operations
• Optimize machining parameters for efficient production
• Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during machining processes
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize workflow
• Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of VMC machines
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe working environment

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a VMC Programmer, preferably with expertise in Mastercam
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Strong knowledge of machining processes and tooling
• Familiarity with VMC machine operation and setup
• Ability to optimize machining parameters for efficient production
• Attention to detail and ability to conduct quality checks
• Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues
