Theprimary responsibilities of this role include reviewing coatingprocedures supervising contractor and subcontractor activities andensuring the implementation of various customer specificationsthroughout the production process. The incumbent will be taskedwith monitoring and controlling all inspection activities relatedto surface preparation blasting and painting. This involveschecking abrasive quality surface profile coating application andconducting tests such as Holiday tests and Adhesion tests toquantify the strength of the bond between the substrate and thecoating.
Thepreferred candidate for this position should have a maximum of 3years of experience in a similar role possessing a strongunderstanding of coating processes surface preparation techniquesand quality control measures. A keen attention to detail and theability to effectively supervise contractor and subcontractoractivities are essential qualities for success in this role. Thecandidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with customerspecifications and maintaining highquality standards throughout theproductionprocess.
