Business Analyst Manufacturing
JobDescription: As a Business IntelligenceAnalyst you will play a pivotal role in analyzing businessprocesses identifying areas for improvement and providingdatadriven insights to support strategic decisionmaking. Workingclosely with crossfunctional teams you will understand businessrequirements streamline operations and contribute to organizationalgrowth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analyticalmindset excellent communication skills and a proven track record ofdelivering actionable recommendations in a manufacturing setting.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering orStatistics. Minimum 5 years of experience asa Business Analyst.
Skills andSpecialization: Demonstrated experience asa Business Analyst in the manufacturing sector particularly in theIndian market. Proficiency in analyzingcomplex data sets using tools such as Excel SQL and statisticalsoftware. Excellent communication skillswith the ability to present findings and recommendationseffectively. Strong problemsolvingabilities and attention to detail. Abilityto work collaboratively in a crossfunctional team environment andmanage multiple priorities. Responsibilities: Gather and analyze data from varioussources to generate insights and develop actionablerecommendations. Monitor and evaluate keyperformance indicators (KPIs) to track manufacturing performanceand identify improvement opportunities. Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understandbusiness needs and translate them into clear requirements. Develop and maintain dashboards reports andperformance metrics to track key business KPIs. Assist in the implementation of new systemstools and processes to enhance operational efficiency andproductivity. Provide management withreports stating trends patterns and predictions using relevantdata. Participate in crossfunctionalprojects and initiatives to drive continuous improvement andinnovation.
