Roles&Responsibilities:

Ifyou have a keen eye for design and always have your finger on thepulse of industry trends then we want to hear from you. Our firm isinterested in hiring an experienced Interior Design and salesManager. Your role is to
1.Lead and own the projects that are brought in by the DesignManager.
2.Shadow the design manager during the pitching process whileliaising with theclient.
3.Own Complete Project Lifecycle from Design Pitch to SalesOrder.
4.Own the sales funnel & drive salesClosure.
5.Own Customer Experience throughout ProjectLifecycle.
6.Lead and own quality & accuracy of designdeliverables.
7.Coordinate with the internal entities like KWS team Design team andproject execution team in case ofneed.

  • Proficiencyin Technical Drawings and a reasonable knowledge in Google Sketchup3Ds Max and other 3D visualizationtools.
  • Aconfident and compelling tone of communication that sells a brandas huge as ours. Eloquent English Telugu Hindi gets you an extrapoint.
  • Youmust be selfmotivated to be the absolute best at what you do.Additionally you should be a positive reinforcement to the team youworkwith.
  • Youshould be a goto person for any design discussion orconundrum.
  • Youmust be able to conduct onsite observations and providerecommendations that help in streamlining the ongoing designprojects.

ProfessionalQualifications:

  • Minimumof 36 years of experience in Design Industry (Interior Design orArchitecture)
  • Onlycandidates with Bachelors Masters Degree inB.Arch B.Des from a reputed institution
  • Technicaldesign (material knowledge execution andGFC).
  • Mustbe familiar with Modular technology (material knowledge aesthetics& functionality moduleplanning).
  • Civilworks & Services (specifications & installationdetails).
  • Mustbe proficient in GOOGLE SKETCHUP AUTOCAD MS OFFICE and other designtools.
  • Signyourselfup for this incredibleadventure
