Requirements:
Hardware Development: Proficient in managing end-to-end development of hardware products, including requirement analysis, high-level and detailed design, development, testing, onsite system integration, and documentation.New Hardware Design: Expertise in system design, CPLD/FPGA or processor design, and board-level analog/digital/mixed-signal circuit design for embedded systems/boards used in consumer and industrial applications.CPU-Based Designs: Skilled in CPU-based designs using TI, Qualcomm, NXP, MediaTek, Renesas, etc.High-Speed Design: Experience with high-speed designs, including Flash Memory interfaces (Serial & Parallel), DDR memories (DDR3/4), and serial interfaces such as I2C, UART, SPI, CAN, Ethernet, LVDS, PCIe, SATA, HDMI, USB3.0, MIPI, etc.RF Interfaces: Understanding of RF interfaces is advantageous.Camera-Based Design: Experience in camera-based designs is a plus.Low Power/Battery Designs: Knowledge of low power/battery designs is beneficial.Board Bring-Up and Testing: Extensive knowledge in board bring-up, test plans, debugging, testing tools, equipment, and techniques.Architecture Design: Involved in architecture design, schematic capture (OrCAD/Altium/Dx Designer), component selection, net list review, and Gerber verification.Circuit Analysis: Ability to perform detailed circuit analysis, stress analysis, simulations, and HW FMEA.Client Requirements: Skilled in handling corrections and adjustments as per client requirements.Certifications: Experience working with test labs for agency certifications like CE/UL, etc.Cross-Functional Interfacing: Ability to work with supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, quality, regulatory, service, etc., to accomplish assigned tasks.Process Improvement: Participate in defect prevention and process improvement activities in projects.Team Management: Resolve technical and interpersonal issues among group members.Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and precision.Independent Work: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication and teamwork skills.-
