Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals, provide coaching and guidance to enhance their performance
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business risks and opportunities
  • Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Proven track record of driving sales performance and achieving targets
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services
  • Result-oriented and self-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
