• Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards
• Ability to use testing equipment and tools for quality analysis

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Certification in food quality management or related certifications is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate food products to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations
• Conduct regular quality checks on raw materials, finished products, and packaging materials
• Use various testing equipment and tools to analyze food samples for contaminants, spoilage, and quality attributes
• Document and report test results, deviations, and non-conformities
