ourprimary responsibility is to generate revenue by sellingtelecommunication products and services to businesses/ B2B Sales.You will be tasked with understanding the unique needs of eachclient and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs. Yourrole will involve building and maintaining relationships withbusiness clients identifying sales opportunities and closingdeals.

Responsibilities:

  1. Prospectand qualify potential business clients through cold callingnetworking and referrals.
  2. Conductthorough needs assessments to understand the communicationrequirements and challenges of eachclient.
  3. Present and demonstratetelecom products and services to potential clients highlighting thefeatures and benefits that align with their businessgoals.
  4. Prepare and delivercustomized proposals and quotes based on clientrequirements.
  5. Negotiate pricingterms and contracts to secure profitable deals for both the clientand the company.
  6. Collaborate withinternal teams such as product development customer service andtechnical support to ensure seamless implementation and ongoingsupport for clients.
  7. Maintainaccurate records of sales activities customer interactions and dealprogress in the CRM system.
  8. Stayupdated on industry trends competitive landscape and emergingtechnologies to effectively position company offerings in themarket.
  9. Meet or exceed sales targetsand performance metrics set by thecompany.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelorsdegree in business marketing or a related field(preferred).
  2. Proven track record ofsuccess in B2B sales preferably in the telecomindustry.
  3. Strong communicationnegotiation and presentationskills.
  4. Ability to understandcomplex technical concepts and articulate them in a clear andconcise manner to clients.
  5. Excellentinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trustwith clients.
  6. Selfmotivated andresultsoriented with a drive to exceedtargets.
  7. Familiarity with CRMsoftware and proficiency in Microsoft Officesuite.
  8. Willingness to travel asneeded for client meetings and industryevents.


RequirementsGraduatespreferably MBAs with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience inB2B Sales Key Account Management or Enterprise Business. Mustpossess excellent verbal and written communication skills and theability to cultivate relationships with enterprise clients.(Candidates with higher experience will be considered for suitableroles)
