Job Description:
Technical Skills:
- Experience in Configuration/Customization of Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud
- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning build
- Expertise in integration of CRM/Client technology/Salesforce with Enterprise applications
- Understanding of different project methodologies, project lifecycles, major phases, dependencies, milestones, and documentation requirements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills

Desirable Skills/Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience developing large-scale technology solutions using the nCino application
- Contribution to Salesforce component design discussions
- Exposure to data security and regulatory controls
- Proficiency in one or more of Sales, Service, Community, or Financial Service Cloud
- Possesses Salesforce certifications (Admin, PD2 at a minimum)
