At Works Consulting we providecomprehensive bookkeeping and accounting services on an outsourcedbasis for our diverse clientele. We are seeking a dedicated anddetailoriented Junior Accountant to join our team. The idealcandidate will possess experience in using accounting software abasic understanding of tax regulations and proficiency in ZohoBooks and Zoho Sheets.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • UtilizeZoho Sheets and Zoho Books for bookkeeping and accountingtasks.
  • Handle basic tax computationsand compliance including TDS TCS GST and ProfessionTax.
  • Maintain and update financialrecords accurately.
  • Prepare andsubmit financial reports asrequired.
  • Support in inventorymanagement monthly MIS reports ecommerce accounting and returnfiling work.
  • Assist with accountingtasks specific to diamond manufacturing/trading companies(preferred but notrequired).

Qualifications:

  • Experienceusing Tally and/or Zoho Books.
  • Basicknowledge of TDS TCS GST and ProfessionTax.


RequirementsThefollowing are the requirements for the Junior Accountant

1.Should have the experience of using Tally/ZohoBooks.
2. Basic knowledge of TDSTCS GST and Profession Tax.
3.Basic knowledge of MS Excel andWord.
4. Any candidate with priorknowledge in the following areas will given a preference
a). Inventorymanagement.
b). Preparation ofmonthly MIS reports.
c). Ecommerceaccounting.
d). Experience ofreturn filing work.
e). Worked inany diamond manufacturing/tradingcompany.

Joblocation Mumbai Central and Churchgate (the candidiate should becomfortable with travelling to other locations like BKC Marol andDadar).

Workinghours
Monday to Friday 10:30 A.M.to 7 P.M.
Saturday 10:30 AM to 4P.M.
(flexibility of half an hourcan be considered based on the location of theemployee)

SalaryRs. 15000 Rs. 20000

The following are the requirements for the Junior Accountant- 1.Should have the experience of using Tally/Zoho Books. 2. Basicknowledge of TDS, TCS, GST and Profession Tax. 3.
