Purposeof role: To Assist the test & Integration engineers inteam.

Responsibilities:
1.Generate 3D models of the components assemblies tooling &fixtures.
2. Create 2Dmanufacturing drawings from 3D CAD models along with Bill ofMaterials.
3. Ensure the releaseof the manufacturing drawings with GD&T as per aerospacestandards.
4. Interaction withdesign manufacturing integration and quality teams to ensure thedesign meets all requirements.
5.Supports product sourcing purchasing and selection as required bythe design process.
6. Providestechnical and engineering support for daytoday processing productdevelopment and processimprovements.
7. Confirms systemand product capabilities by designing feasibility and testingmethods and properties.
8.Develops manufacturing processes by designing and modifyingequipment for fabricating building assembling and installingcomponents.

TechnicalSkills:
1.Strong knowledge of CAD modelling drawings and machine design withexperience in design analyses Experience with SolidWorks Auto Cad& Creo.
2. Fundamentalunderstanding of common fluid and electrical components such as butnot limited to valves regulators solenoids actuatorsetc.
3. In depth understanding ofGD&T.
4. Hands onexperience with high pressure gas systems and/or Cryogenicsystems.

OtherSkills:
Strongwritten and verbal communication skills; ability to write designreports test plans and deliver design presentations.
2. Passion for space explorationand firm belief in delivering affordable access tospace.
3. Selfdriven engineer whothrives in ambiguity.
4. Passion& Tenacity to tackle challenging issues unique to AerospaceIndustry.
5. Experience in startupor agile developmentenvironment.
6. Ability to inspirecomradery and mutual respect in a diverseteam.

Qualification:

1.Bachelorof Science or Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering (23yearsexperience)
