We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Jewelry Design Project Manager to lead and coordinate our jewelry design projects from concept to completion. As the Jewelry Design Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the design process, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise in jewelry design, strong project management skills, and effective communication will be vital in fostering collaboration among the design team and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will play a key role in bringing innovative and exquisite jewelry pieces to life while maintaining seamless project execution.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, in collaboration with the design team. Ensure all project activities are clearly defined and structured to achieve project objectives efficiently.

2. Team Coordination: Lead, motivate, and manage the jewelry design team throughout the design process. Foster a collaborative environment, encourage creative thinking, and ensure effective communication among team members.

3. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization. Identify cost- saving opportunities without compromising the quality and integrity of the designs.

4. Design Concept Evaluation: Review and evaluate jewelry design concepts, considering factors such as market trends, target audience, technical feasibility, and brand identity. Provide constructive feedback to the design team and guide them in refining their ideas.

5. Design Prototyping and Testing: Coordinate the prototyping and testing of jewelry designs to ensure they meet quality standards and design specifications. Facilitate necessary adjustments or improvements based on feedback and testing outcomes.

6. Supplier and Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and vendors to source materials, gemstones, and other components necessary for the production of jewelry pieces. Ensure timely delivery of materials to support project timelines.

7. Quality Control: Establish and implement quality control measures throughout the design process. Ensure that each jewelry piece meets the brand's quality standards and aligns with the approved design concept.

8. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them. Proactively address any issues that may arise during the project to prevent delays or setbacks.

9. Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including design briefs, progress reports, and final design specifications. Regularly report project status to stakeholders and management.

10. Innovation and Trends: Stay abreast of the latest jewelry design trends, materials, and techniques. Integrate innovative ideas into projects to keep the brand at the forefront of the industry.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Jewelry Design, Fashion Design, Project Management, or a related field.

- Relevant Experience of 4-5 Years.

- Proven experience as a Jewelry Designer or Project Manager in the jewelry industry.

- Strong understanding of jewelry design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage design teams effectively.

- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting.

- Knowledge of market trends and consumer preferences in the jewelry industry.

- Familiarity with design software and tools for creating and presenting design concepts.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Detail-oriented with a passion for precision and quality.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
