RPA LeadArchitect

This is a fulltime remote role for anexperienced RPA Lead/Architect. The RPA Lead/Architect will beresponsible for the design development and delivery of automationsolutions for clients. The position requires someone withsignificant expertise in automation who can collaborate withcrossfunctional teams to identify business opportunities andprovide innovative automation solutions. This person will workclosely with clients to understand their needs and oversee theimplementation of automation solutions to improve workflows andoptimize businessoperations.
Qualifications

• Bachelorsdegree in Computer Science Engineering or relevant field with aMasters degree strongly preferred.
• 5 years ofexperience in RPA development and delivery with a deepunderstanding of automation technologies and handson experiencewith RPA platforms (UiPath Automation Anywhere Blue Prismetc).
• Experience in building complex digitalautomation solutions and frameworks with a proven track record ofdelivering scalable and highly resilientapplications.
• Strong programming skills in atleast one modern programming language as well as experience withdatabase technologies and SQL.
• Experience withAgile software development methodologies and project managementtools (JIRA Scrum etc).
• Strong communicationskills with the ability to clearly articulate complex technicalsolutions to nontechnicalstakeholders.
• Experience in mentoring teammembers and guiding technical or functionalteams.
• Strong analytical and problemsolvingskills to identify and troubleshoot issues in complex ITenvironments.
• Innovative mindset with theability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutionsto complexproblems
