Salary - 15K fix
**Job Summary:**
The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within their team, ensuring productivity, quality, and adherence to company policies. This role involves managing staff, providing guidance and support, and fostering a positive work environment to achieve organizational goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of [insert number] employees; conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
