The internal audit manager is responsible for conducting reviews of assigned organizational and functional processes and activities, as required.

What will your job look like?

Will be primarily responsible for conducting Internal Audits on Global Internal Audit projects as per needs and required skill sets. The position reports to the Internal Audit Director in India who leads the Internal Audit division for India. You would also get the opportunity to work with Audit Directors across the globe. The position is eligible for International Travel based on project needs. You will conduct Internal Audit reviews of diverse organizational and functional activities, focusing on Project Management and related Business-Operational topics. Any other topic as required

All you need is...

Should be a B.E./B. Tech or equivalent qualification with 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in Internal Audit and process reviews. Sound knowledge of SSDLC, Development methodologies such as Agile/ Dev-Ops, Cloud technologies, GenAI, project/program management etc. Ability to perform initial risk assessment of the process under review and develop audit test plans for account/technology/IT audits focusing on but not limiting to Contracts review, Methodologies, Vendors management, governance, and information security aspects etc. Experience of Internal Audits in IT companies & IT consulting in consulting companies would be an added advantage. Ability to conduct independent fieldwork as per audit program and align with process owners on audit findings and audit recommendations. Mindset to proactively seek relevant education and training opportunities. Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to interact with people across the globe. Proficient in MS Excel and Data Analysis using Tableau. Ability to work with people across the globe with different cultures.
