We are seeking an experienced Head Chef specializing in Multicuisine with a focus on Western cuisine for our esteemed client in Kanpur. This is a full-time, senior-level position requiring a minimum of 8 to 10 years of experience. The ideal candidate should exhibit creativity and precision in managing kitchen operations and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Ingredient Knowledge: Extensive understanding of different ingredients and their culinary applications.
  • Team Management: Experience in leading and motivating a diverse kitchen team to ensure optimal performance.

  • Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to foster a cohesive and efficient team environment.

  • Monitor kitchen expenses and contribute to budgeting and cost control efforts.
