Weare seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for designing developingand testing mechanical devices and equipment. The role will involvecollaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that projectsare completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate willhave a strong background in mechanical engineering and a proventrack record of delivering highqualityresults.

Responsibilities:
  • Designingand implementing costeffective equipment modifications to helpimprove safety andreliability
  • Developing projectspecifications and objectives and ensuring that these aremet
  • Conducting research to informthe design and development of new manufacturingprocesses
  • Evaluating and improvingexisting systems andprocesses
  • Collaborating with projectmanagers and other engineers to ensure that projects are completedon time and within budget
  • Providingtechnical advice and support to the manufacturing and productionteams
  • Conducting tests andassessments of new products andsystems
  • Ensuring compliance withindustry standards andregulations
Requirements:
  • Bachelorsdegree in Mechanical Engineering or relatedfield
  • 45 years of relevant workexperience
  • Strong knowledge ofmechanical design and manufacturingprocesses
  • Proficiency in CADsoftware and other relevanttools
  • Excellent problemsolving andanalytical skills
  • Strongcommunication and teamworkabilities
  • Ability to manage multipleprojects and meetdeadlines
  • Knowledge of industrystandards andregulations


Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Plant 3D, and Navisworks.Proficiency in creating 3D models, Piping Isometrics, GA drawings,and Piping Layouts. In-depth knowledge of Piping BOM, MTO, andPiping Material Specifications (PMS). Familiarity with pipingsupport systems and basic understanding of stress analysis. Solidunderstanding of P&ID for boilers and power plants. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills for effective client andteam interactions. Strong leadership abilities to manage and guidea team towards successful projectcompletion.

Education

Diplomain Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor s Degree in Engineering(BE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in the designstream.
