Our business is divided into 2main verticals: Demand Fulfillment and Demand Generation underwhich we have 4 service lines. As we have scaled to 1 lakh ordersper day during our peak and 15000 orders per day in BAU we haverealized to restructure our approach of doing business fromproviding scalable service lines to customers to creating productsfor our targeted customers achieve the required Productmarket fitscale evolve and reiterate. Currently we have conceptualized 4Products for our Fulfillment Business.
VisualPlanning Center at Losung360 is a onestop solutionfor all ecommerce content requirements. We organize and leverageall the ecommerce content resources for portals like AmazonFlipkart Myntra etc. and help small and large agencies with theircontent creation. Boasting an exclusive client list that includesworldrenowned brands like Symphony Luminous Haier Kenstar LivpureHindware Supreme Bergner John Jacobs etc. Our team runs aspecialized content creation studio for product photographyvideography copywriting graphic designing and video making alongwith providing digital media collaterals such as PPC CPM bannersstoryboarding and vision creation.
KeyResponsibilities:
1.Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisementsscreening resumes and conducting initialinterviews.2. Helping in Employee engagementactivity Gathering employee data to improve the Full employee lifecycle.3. Support the onboarding process bypreparing orientation materials and conducting new hireorientations.4. Gather feedback Takefollowups Coordinate during Interviews and Provide feedback tocandidates.5. Provide support in gatheringemployee relations Documents.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business HR or a related field (or equivalentwork experience). Excellent communicationand presentation skills. Selfmotivatedgoaloriented and able to work independently.Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Familiarity with MS Excel andPPT.
