HumanResources Transformation
The HRTransformation team is a core component of our Human Capitalpractice the work we do supports the five major issues our clientsare facing. We collaborate with our clients to develop leadingglobal HR strategies and support organizations in achievingexcellence through implementing solutions that transform how theyorganize develop capabilities deploy leading technology and delivera leading employee experience.
Keeping theemployee in mind all our services cater to improving anorganization s productivity through their human capital asset. Theclient issues we work with range from the need for a comprehensiveHR strategy to determining the need for new and enablingtechnologies to streamlining HR operations and transforming the wayHR is delivered.
HRTransformation works with some of the Fortune 500 companies. Theteam delivering the work for the clients is extremely talented andcompetent. They are encouraged to cross train and work with membersof different modules. This cross training helps in getting aholistic view of the project.
TheWorkday offeringfocuses on engagements in Workday HRimplementations and support. We are looking for people withexpertise in Workday Integrations and Workday Functional. Weprovide state of the art training within our practice to deliveryprojects and more importantly having meaningful conversations withthe client to understand their needs. The ideal candidate shouldhave excellent communication skills with experience of working onWorkday Transformation projects and should be willing to work bothin Implementation and Support projects.

Workday Implementation/Support experienceof at least two projects. 3 to 10 years of experience in WorkdayCore HCM Core & Advance Compensation Talent &Performance Management Recruiting Prism Analytics Payroll BenefitsLearning Absence Management & Time Tracking.
Experience in HR processes and should haveworked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on abovementioned modules.
Understanding of any industry would be aplus
