Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as a Trainee. As a Trainee Talent Acquisition specialist, you will support our recruitment efforts and gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Screening: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and referrals. Learn to screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates who meet our requirements.

  2. Candidate Engagement: Support the coordination of interviews and assessments. Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews, collect feedback, and maintain positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance in maintaining recruitment databases and systems. Help with organizing and updating candidate information and recruitment reports.

  4. Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives by assisting in the creation of job postings and recruitment marketing materials. Participate in campus recruitment events or other networking opportunities.

  5. Learning and Development: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a solid understanding of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR processes.

Requirements:

  • Completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
