IntellChromatics Inc. a leading providerof custom software IT solutions and cybersecurity services isseeking a motivated and resultsdriven Marketing/SalesRepresentative to join our dynamic team. This position offers aunique opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fastpacedenvironment and are driven bysuccess.

Responsibilities:

• Identifyand prospect potential clients in target markets with a focus onthe US and Europe.
• Develop and maintain strongrelationships with clients to understand their needs and promoteIntellChromatics services.
• Present and pitchIntellChromatics solutions to prospective clients through variouschannels including social media cold calling email outreach andnetworking.
• Negotiate contracts and agreementswith clients ensuring favorable terms for bothparties.
• Collaborate with the marketing team todevelop and implement effective sales strategies andcampaigns.
• Provide regular updates and reportson sales activities pipeline and performancemetrics.

Requirements:

• Proventrack record of success in sales or marketing preferably in the ITor cybersecurity industry.
• Bachelors degree and6 years of experience of successful track record in sales ormarketing (required)OR
• Masters degreein Business Marketing or a related field and 4 years of experienceof successful track record in sales or marketing.(required)
• Excellent communication andinterpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport andinfluence decisionmakers.
• Strong negotiationand closing skills with a demonstrated ability to drive revenuegrowth.
• Selfmotivated and goaloriented with apassion for exceeding targets and deliveringresults.
• Ability to work independently andremotely while also collaborating effectively with teammembers.

Compensation:

Thisposition offers a commissiononly structure wherecompensation is tied directly to the orders and contracts broughtto the company. Note that commission rates range from47%.

PerformanceBonus:

• You also haveopportunities for performance bonus where Performance bonuses willbe awarded based on exceeding sales targets securing highvaluecontracts or other performance metrics determined by thecompany.
