Chef de Partie Duties andResponsibilities:
  1. Takes care ofdaily food preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meetthe standard and quality set by the Restaurant.
  2. Follows the instructions and recommendations from theimmediate superiors to complete the daily tasks.
  3. Coordinates daily tasks with the Sous Chef.
  4. Responsible for supervising junior chefs orcommis.
  5. Able to estimate the daily productionneeds and check the quality of raw and cooked food products toensure that standards are met.
  6. Ensure that theproduction preparation and presentation of food are of the highestquality at all times.
  7. Ensure the highestlevels of guest satisfaction quality operating and food costs on anongoing basis.
  8. Knowledge of all standardprocedures and policies about food preparation receiving storageand sanitation.
  9. Full awareness of all menuitems their recipes methods of production and presentationstandards.
