Executive - IT (QMS)

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Computer System Validation documents preparation, execution as per the guidelines of IT Manager. Review of QMS & CSV documents of Quality control, R&D, Manufacturing and support Statutory, Customers and EHS Audits. QMS Activities: Responsible for Quality Management System like Deviation log, preparation of Investigation Report, change control, CAPA and CAPA compliance. IT SOPs preparation, revision, and implementation. Data Backup & Restoration: Responsible to perform Data backup and restoration as per the standard operating procedures of Quality Control, R&D systems, Manufacturing systems, EHS systems Data and users Data. Access Management: Provide access and troubleshoot of web applications | creating and managing shared resources such as shared folders across the network | remote access to Vendors for Application software troubleshooting. UAM : Responsible to maintain and perform the user Management of Quality control and R&D systems. Hardware support: Assist IT Engineers for computers installation for PLC, DCS, SCADA, HMIs and as per the direction of Manager IT. Software support:  Support Vendors for Software installation, implementation for Quality, Manufacturing & R&D Systems. Trouble shooting: Responsible to provide the remote support of GxP systems for troubleshooting.  AV Compliance: Responsible to Assist IT Engineers for implementation of Antivirus Software in computerised systems. Ensure to complete the timely assigned tasks and compliance of the Computerised systems. Ensure Safe working conditions and clean environmental practices. Authorized: To prepare the gate passes | to sign the GMP documents. Responsible for implementation of policies and procedures for electronic data and GxP Computerized systems. IT Services support like Laptop, Desktop, Servers, Printers, Backup, virtualization, cloud Services.
