About Amber:

PROJECT AMBER (Accelerated Mission for Better Employment and Retention) is a joint initiative of the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and Generation India Foundation (GIF) under the aegis of the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE).

This project is co-funded by MSDE (under SANKALP programme) and private philanthropy and aims to train 30,000 youth, 50% of whom will be women trainees.

Generations holistic 7-step skilling methodology will be utilised to drive higher quality skilling, improved employment, and retention outcomes.

Number Require: 2 openings (1 in each location)

Qualification: Graduate from Any background

Experience required: Fresher to 2 yrs. of experience

Position type: Contractual

Salary: As per the market standards

Placement coordinators are responsible for finding jobs opening for trained candidate in AMBER Project in and around Madurai and coimbatore.

We need to find clients who are currently having openings or can provide employment for the candidates with this qualification and skills and sign an non commercial MOU and submitting it to AISECT South Zone office.

Conducting campus drive for AMBER certified candidate at our training center or at office premises.

Also tracking of candidates will be done post placements from the dare of joining till upto 6 months.

Will also collect documents month on month to validate this job retention.

Placement coordinators spend most of their time networking and building relationships with potential employers and job seekers.
