Job Overview

We are seeking a highly-skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This remote position is based in Chennai and offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will leverage your expertise in frontend and backend development to deliver exceptional solutions.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven expertise in frontend development with a deep understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks, enhancing user interactions and performance.
  • Strong backend development experience, with proficiency in languages such as Node.js, Python, or Java, to design and implement scalable applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of database management, including SQL and NoSQL databases, to design, develop, and maintain complex database systems.
  • Experience in API integration, ensuring seamless communication between different software components and external services.
  • Proficiency in version control using Git for collaborative development, ensuring code quality and streamlined workflows.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to complex technical challenges efficiently.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, enabling the creation of intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for enhanced user experience.
  • Strong grasp of Agile methodologies to adapt quickly to changing requirements and manage interdisciplinary teams efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design and implement high-quality, scalable solutions across the entire technology stack from front-end to server-side logic.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and components.
  • Develop and maintain robust APIs for internal and customer-facing applications to support mobile and web clients.
  • Optimize application performance, ensuring speed, scalability, and reliability in both frontend and backend processes.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software, contributing to the improvement and staying up-to-date with new technologies.
  • Lead and mentor junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative development environment.
  • Maintain a focus on security best practices to protect sensitive information and prevent data breaches.
