Inaddition the PADOH will supply all necessary hardware and softwarefor daily use as needed to complete assigned workitems.OBJECTIVES OFENGAGEMENTThe primaryobjective of this engagement is to provide functional operationalbasic technical support and first level triage of tickets raised bythe program. Additionally this resource will work with vendors andQA technical lead to plan and execute software releases for the OQAs applications.OPERATIONALREQUIREMENTSGenerallythe contractor will perform the followingtasks: Coordinate with stakeholder teams acrossbusiness and technical units to provide support to all OQA sapplications Provides daily productionsupport conduct initial/first level triage of the tickets andissues reported by various teams. Coordinate with the OQA Stechnical lead in resolving the issues. Additionally redirect thetickets as appropriate to other teams as necessary for the QAapplications. Act as a Functional SME forall QA applications. Act as a releasemanager for the QA applications. This involves coordinatesapplication deployments/changes working with QA program andmanagers. Such changes include downloading the release softwarefrom the vendor location versioning the changes create tasks inAzure DevOps work with HHSDC database and web teams to completedeployment. Also notifies the appropriate manager(s) when theseactions are taken. Works with ADA to createa plan prepare responses to the change control board questionnaireprepare CCB addendum for each migration to test and productionenvironments. Work with QA technical SME toplan coordinate and collect business requirements for the legacy QAapplications that require technology refresh. Work with the programand other stakeholders to plan platform migration create test casesconduct acceptance testing and support productiondeployment. Understand the QA s business sothat the incoming tickets/requests can be prioritized and processedin the order they are received and according to thecriticality/severity of the issue. Reviewall deliverables submitted by the vendors work with program and ITteams to plan testing/testing schedules identify windows for codedeployment during testing and coordinate productiondeployment. Ability and proven experience incoordinating large scale technical implementations/upgrades acrosslarge teams consisting of 300 users such as and not limited toserver upgrades server migrations system software upgrades customsoftware upgrades on both central servers and client desktopsspanning across Commonwealth locations.Maintain technical and user documentation relative to InformationTechnology requirements for QA applications asneeded Work with ITM and ADA to createreminders create HH IT Communication message for emergency andplanned outages. Proactively identify issuesthat could impact QA s business and addressthem Identify risks work with allstakeholders to identify mitigation strategy and addressthem. Demonstrates effective communicationabilities. Basic understanding of Microsofttechnology such as .NET Framework ASP.NET VB.NET IIS Oracle SQLServer is required Work experience requiredin using managing and organizing work items work item assignmentupdating the Epics User Stories Tasks and Bugs in AzureDevOps. Gain QA s business knowledge quicklyand frequently follow updates published in CMS Govt website. Gatherdetails relevant/that could impact QA applications work withconcerned teams and stake holders to update the applications as perthe CMS updates/guidelines. Managesexpectations of the program by providing timely feedback and statusupdates on work assignments. Maintains andshares operational documentation in a consistent and organizedmanner. Frequent migration of theapplication and maintenance support during off business hours orweekends.CONTRACTOR SKILLS ANDEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTSThisposition requires a high degree of business and technical knowledgeskill leadership dedication and ability to take initiative. Abilityto ramp up quickly and perform independently is essential.Familiarity and experience with the QA is consideredimportant.Technical skills requiredare: 5 years of experiencewith foundational understating in programming languages VB.Net C#Visual Basic Classic ASP .Net Framework versions and IIS isrequired. 5 years of experience withfoundational understanding in Relational databases Oracle SQLServer MySQL is required. Hands on experience writing and executingcomplex SQL queries and understanding database functions storedprocedures views and data models isrequired. Ability to triage and providedfirst level of technical support when trouble shootingissues. Basic knowledge of operating systemsspecifically Microsoft desktop and server OS isrequired.
