Job Overview


We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our team at Ikamate HR India Pvt. Ltd. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This is a full-time position based in Vadodara, Gujarat, India. The ideal candidate for this role is a fresher with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to analyze sales data and track performance.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and take a proactive approach to generate sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales targets and the ability to work towards achieving them.
  • Knowledge of the sales process, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements with clients.
  • Effective oral communication skills to deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to maintain accurate sales records.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Identify new sales opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and competitors.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of the sales process.
  • Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both the company and the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation for new clients.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to effectively position our services in the market.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including contacts, opportunities, and deals.
