Responsibilities

Develop and enhance the fine chemical products portfolio, with a primary focus on UV filters for cosmetic applications. Conduct chemistry and technology mapping to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation. Work closely with the healthcare business line to develop pharmaceutical excipient production at the Bonthapally site. Design pricing formulas and provide Pricing and Reimbursement Information (PRINs) recommendations. Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to optimize asset profitability and cash flow throughout the End-to-End (E2E) value chain. Utilize chemical engineering expertise to scout potential customers and identify market opportunities. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences to drive product development and sales. Review and negotiate contracts with external tollers for chemical synthesis outsourcing. Perform volume allocation and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the fine chemicals or cosmetics industry. Strong technical knowledge of chemical engineering principles and UV filter technology. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement pricing strategies, with experience in designing pricing formulas and providing PRINs recommendations. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and engage with customers.
