  • Driverevenue and achieve quota for the assigned territory or accounts bydeveloping and executing a comprehensive sales strategy.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clientspartners and stakeholders to expand the companys presence andmarket share in the region.
  • Collaborate withcrossfunctional teams including marketing product development andoperations to align sales strategies with overall businessobjectives.
  • Provide valuable input andinsights to refine product offerings and pricing strategies basedon market feedback and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead and manage a sales team providing guidance settingobjectives and fostering a collaborative and highperformance workenvironment.
  • Lead negotiations for keycontracts and partnerships securing favourable terms andsustainable relationships that drive longtermvalue.
  • Take ownership of the entire salesprocess exhibiting full accountability for achieving targets anddelivering exceptional service toclients.

EducationalQualification:

  • Proventrack record of 23 years of successful sales leadership experiencepreferably in IT Industry.
  • Strongunderstanding of sales principles techniques and best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintainrelationships with clients partners and internalstakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with theability to analyse market trends and identify growthopportunities.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with afocus on driving revenue growth and achieving businessobjectives.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree inBusiness Administration Marketing or related field; MBA orequivalentpreferred.
