Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovative Integration: Spearhead the technical integration of advanced bundling solutions with key resellers and streaming merchants. You'll assess technical capabilities, design robust solutions, and ensure seamless execution.
  • Leadership and Execution: Lead cross-functional teams with precision. Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Strategic Communication: Act as the linchpin for communication between resellers, merchants, and internal stakeholders. Provide clear updates, resolve issues with urgency, and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Technical Mastery: Dive deep into technical challenges, from gap analysis to solution design, and drive resolutions with a focus on excellence and efficiency.
  • Agile Adaptation: Embrace the fast-paced world of Scrum/Agile development. Navigate changing deadlines, adapt to evolving requirements, and keep your eye on delivering outstanding results.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience and Expertise: 8+ years in technical project management or pre-sales roles, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects in fintech, payments, or mobile industries.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills. You excel at building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
  • Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development practices, project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), and integration with third-party web services (REST, SOAP).
  • Analytical Brilliance: Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract insights from data, identify issues, and drive solutions.
  • Hands-On Attitude: A proactive self-starter who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in all aspects of the project. No task is too small if it helps drive success.
  • Fluent English: Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively.
