KeyResponsibilities:
  • Collectlabel and process biological samples accurately andefficiently.
  • Performroutine and specialized tests on blood urine and othersamples.
  • Conductvarious laboratory tests analyses and examinations to diagnose andmonitordiseases.
  • Operateand maintain laboratory equipment ensuring calibration and properfunctioning.
  • Maintainaccurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities and testresults.
  • Prepareand deliver timely reports to physicians and healthcareproviders.
  • Ensureall tests and procedures adhere to established quality control andsafetystandards.
  • Participatein quality assurance programs and continuous improvementinitiatives.
  • Communicateeffectively with patients explaining procedures and addressingconcerns.
  • Providesupport and assistance to patients during samplecollection.
  • Workclosely with medical staff nurses and other healthcareprofessionals.
  • Assistin training and supervising junior lab technicians andtrainees.


Requirements
  • Indepthknowledge of laboratory techniques equipment andprocedures.
  • Proficientin handling laboratory software and data managementsystems.
  • Highlevel of accuracy and attention to detail in performing tests andrecordingdata.
  • Abilityto identify and troubleshoot technical issuespromptly.
  • Excellentverbal and written communication skills for effective patient andteaminteraction.
  • Abilityto convey complex information clearly andconcisely.
  • Strongorganizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasksefficiently.
  • Abilityto work independently and as part of a team in a fastpacedenvironment.
  • Commitmentto maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards in alllaboratorypractices.
