We need dynamic folks who have agood understanding of LTE/5G RAN protocols Layer 2 with expertisein: eNodeB/gNB multifunctional feature development in RAN areas isa must
Good knowledge of realtime operating system concepts.
Exposure to multithread application development on multicore realtime embedded Linux platforms.
Excellent programming skills in C C.
Exposure to scripting languagesviz. Python shell scripting etc is desirable.
Proven track record of buildingmotivated collaborative and productive teams including remote teammembers.
Accomplishedservantleader capable of supporting multiple teams simultaneously.
Passion to proactively seek waysto improve processes.
Compassionate and willing to offer conducivesolutions.
Can constructivelyresolve problems.
Demonstrableability to build business relationships and gain the trust ofothers while embracing constructive feedback.
Must have exceptional writtenand verbal communication and time leadership skills.
Strong analytical andproblemsolving skills with a high attention to detail.
Good communication/interpersonalskills and ability to work in a highpressureenvironment.

Skill Required: 3+ years of Experience with education in B.Tech/B.Eor M.Tech/M.E(ECE) or any other relevant degree. Strong programmingexperience in C/C++ in embedded domain. Strong debugging andproblem-solving skills. Experience with common embeddedprotocols/interfaces like I2C, SPI, USART, buses, bridge chips,FPGAs, hardware queues/FIFOs, interrupts, DMA, Experience in multicore, multi thread, IPC, system programming, GDB, kernel/user spaceinterfaces in Linux OS Ability to work up and down the embeddedstack: boot loader, device drivers, kernel, user space. Experiencein using source control, bug tracking and other relevant tools.Well versed with software development process. Good to have abilityto read schematics, understand device datasheets use lab tools like- JTAG, oscilloscopes, power sources, multi-meters, etc experiencein SDK/tool chain setup, make files, scripting
