We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Delivery Manager – Payments & Transfers.

In this role, you will:

Leads Business Change Deliveries in Payments and Transfers sub-value stream. Play a strategic role in managing the overall change for Payments and Transfers sub-value stream, allowing the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change Develops effective change management plan and drives the execution and adoption of strategic change activities for the programme Engages with the wider Executive team to secure leadership buy-in and alignment in driving sustainable organizational change Evaluates the change impact and business readiness, and provides actionable guidelines on reducing the impact and limiting potential risk Engages with cross-functional teams and Business teams impacted by the programme to assess the resistance in adopting the change at the operating model level (, people, process and technology) Works closely with delivery partners on planning, design and estimating, bringing together delivery partner teams; actively managing dependencies between teams and other projects and programme. Set the pace and operating rhythm, driving a culture of achievement and ensures pace by identifying and removing barriers to project success Adopt Agile Ways of Working and coach the team to align to Agile. Adopts a systematic approach to managing change by leveraging leading practices, knowledge, structured framework and tools Develops metrics and monitoring systems to measure progress and benefits of change activities implemented Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

8 to 12 years’ experience in Business Transformation and Organizational Change Management, with significant experience successfully launching large scale initiatives involving multiple business lines/enabling functions in the financial or digital domain Proven track record as a Change Lead, ideally for Omni channel programme or other similar digital transformation programme Strong knowledge of Payments and the Payments external environment – regulatory, competitors, etc. Strong business acumen in Retail Banking with front line, customer facing experience Strong understanding of Change Methodology Frameworks, Agile Ways of Working methodologies and best practice techniques Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to handle pressure in a dynamic environment with multiple initiatives and changing priorities Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence, manage and articulate clearly to senior executive and key stakeholders Ability to lead through influencing skills by engaging, motivating, driving results, and holding various teams across the programme accountable for attaining set goals and objectives Attentive to detail and proficient with project tracking, reports, metrics and presentations, including leveraging analytical tools associated with project management
