HR Executive

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and execute the recruitment process for IT positions, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the selection process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and create recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize online recruiting platforms, social media, job boards, and networking to build a pipeline of IT talent.
- Facilitate onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth integration into the team and company culture.
- Coordinate orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and IT-specific procedures.
- Proactively address employee relations issues and conflicts, providing guidance and support to managers and employees as needed.
- Effectively managing performance management programs.
- Coordinate training and development programs for employees, identifying skill gaps and learning needs within the department.
- Implementing best practices and policies
- Managing Payroll process
- Assisting in administrative activities.
- Generate reports and analytics to support HR decision-making.
- Managing Employee exit process.
Requirements
Requirement:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably within the IT industry or technology sector
- Educational Qualification: Any Degree with Post graduation in Human Resource Management (MSW/ MBA/MA in Human Resources)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Motivation to constantly learn and develop one’s own knowledge and skills.
- Proven success experience in talent acquisition.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an added advantage.
