TasksProductionSupervisorResponsibilities
- Supervisedaily production operations to ensure efficient and timelyproduction of goods.
- Monitor productionschedules and adjust them as needed to meet customerdemand.
- Communicate with other departments andteams to coordinate production activities and resolve any issuesthat may arise.
- Evaluate employee performanceprovide feedback and implement necessary correctiveactions.
- Ensure that equipment and machineryare maintained and properly functioning to prevent downtime anddelays in production.
- Monitor inventory levelsand initiate purchase orders for supplies and materials needed forproduction.
- Implement and enforce safetyprocedures to ensure a safe working environment for allemployees.
- Collaborate with management to setproduction targets and establish goals for the productionteam.
- Analyze production data and reports toidentify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increaseefficiency and productivity.
- Develop andmaintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for productionprocesses.
