JobDescription:

We are seekingan experienced SAP ABAP Developer with a minimum of 4 years ofexperience to join our team. In this role you will design developand enhance ABAP programs forms and reports to meet businessrequirements. Youll be responsible for customizing and configuringSAP systems using the ABAP programming language troubleshootingtechnical issues and ensuring the seamless integration of ABAPprograms.

KeyResponsibilities:

  • ABAPDevelopment: Design develop and enhance ABAP programsforms and reports to meet businessneeds.
  • Customization& Configuration: Customize and configure SAPsystems usingABAP.
  • Troubleshooting:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ABAP programsand integrations.
  • HandsonExperience: Work with ALV BAPI BADI AMDP CDS ODataServices and WRICEF.
  • S/4HANA Projects: Apply your experience with S/4 HANA inprojectsettings.
  • Certification:ABAP certification ispreferred.


Requirements

ProjectManagement:

  • TaskPlanning: Plan and prioritize ABAP development tasksensuring ontime delivery and adherence to projectmilestones.
  • CrossfunctionalCollaboration: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams togather requirements define technical specifications and estimateeffort for ABAPprojects.
  • RiskManagement: Monitor project progress identify risks andimplement mitigationstrategies.

SystemMaintenance and PerformanceOptimization:

  • SystemMonitoring: Perform regular system monitoring analysisand tuning to optimize ABAPperformance.
  • Patches& Upgrades: Apply patches upgrades andenhancements to SAP systems ensuring stability andsecurity.
  • CodeReviews: Conduct code reviews and enforce coding bestpractices to maintain highquality developmentstandards.

DocumentationandTraining:

  • TechnicalDocumentation: Prepare technical documentation includingprogram specifications user guides and releasenotes.
  • Training:Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to endusers andteam members on ABAPrelatedtopics.
  • ContinuousImprovement: Stay updated with the latest SAPtechnologies trends and best practices to driveinnovation.

PreferredQualifications:
  • IndustryExperience: Candidates from manufacturing/automobileindustries are preferred but notmandatory.
  • SAPCertification: SAP ABAP certification is a plus but notrequired.
  • S/4 HANAExperience: Understanding and experience with S/4 HANA ismandatory as our customer is implementing the S/4 HANA version ofSAP.
