Position Overview:Weare seeking a proactive and organized individual to join our teamas an Administrative and TenderExecutive.The role involves providing administrative support to variousdepartments while also managingtenderprocesses efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strongorganizational skills attention to detail and the ability to workcollaboratively in a fastpacedenvironment.
KeyResponsibilities:AdministrativeSupport:
  • Manage office operations byhandling incoming calls emails andcorrespondence.
  • Coordinate meetings andappointments for team members.
  • Maintain andorganize files documents and records both in physical andelectronic formats.
  • Assist in preparing reportsand other materials asneeded.
TenderManagement:
  • Monitor tenderopportunities from various sources and ensure timely submission ofproposals.
  • Review tender documents thoroughlyto understand requirements anddeadlines.
  • Collaborate with relevantdepartments to gather necessary information and documents fortender submissions.
  • Prepare and compile tenderdocuments ensuring accuracy and compliance withspecifications.
  • Coordinate with vendorssuppliers and subcontractors during the tenderprocess.
  • Maintain tender databases and recordsfor future reference andanalysis.
Documentation andCompliance:
  • Ensure alladministrative and tenderrelated documentation is accuratelymaintained and archived.
  • Facilitatecommunication between internal teams external stakeholders andclients as required.
  • Serve as a point ofcontact for inquiries related to administrative matters and tendersubmissions.
  • Liaise with procurement legal andfinance departments to ensure smooth tender processes and contractnegotiations.

Education/ExperienceQualificationsand Skills:
  • Bachelor s degree inbusiness administration Management or relatedfield.
  • Proven experience in administrativesupport roles preferably in a corporateenvironment.
  • Familiarity with tender processesand documentation is highlydesirable.
  • Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal.
  • Strong organizational andtimemanagement abilities.
  • Proficiency in MSOffice applications (Word ExcelPowerPoint).
  • Attention to detail and ability tomultitask effectively.
  • Team player with aproactive attitude and willingness tolearn.
