Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 0-2 years of experience to gain valuable experience in the architectural design field. You will work closely with senior architects on a variety of exciting projects, from initial concept development to construction documents.

Responsibilities:

* Assist with design development, including creating 2D drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.

* Prepare high-quality renderings and visualizations using Photoshop to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.

* Assist with the creation of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.

* Conduct research on building codes and regulations.

* Participate in client meetings and presentations.

* Assist with project management tasks, such as maintaining project files and documentation.

* Stay up-to-date on current trends and technologies in the architectural field.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

* 0-2 years of experience in an architectural firm (preferred).

* Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.

* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Passion for architecture and design.
