Responsibilities:

Identity and Access Management (IAM):
1) Manage and maintain IAM systems, including user provisioning, access control, and privilege regular access re-certifications to ensure compliance with security policies and 2) user access requests, modifications, and terminations in accordance with established with cross-functional teams to streamline IAM processes and enhance security 3) automation tools and techniques to improve IAM workflows and 4) Identification and Mitigation: Continuously assess IAM processes and procedures to identify gaps and areas for with IAM stakeholders to develop and implement remediation plans for identified 5) identify and mitigate risks related to user access and privilege updated on the latest IAM technologies and best practices to enhance security controls.
Qualifications:
1) Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) operations.2) Technical Skills: Basic understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) with IAM tools and technologies, such as Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, or similar communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team with automation tools and scripting languages (, PowerShell, Python) is knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure, including IAM capabilities and security 3) Concepts: Understanding of security principles and best practices related to identity and access y with regulatory compliance requirements related to user access and data privacy.4) Certifications: Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent are advantageous.5) Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze IAM-related data and identify trends or anomalies.6) Communication and Collaboration: Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate IAM concepts to non-technical mindset with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams to address IAM challenges and 7) Learning: Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on the latest IAM trends, technologies, and regulations.Join Our Team:If you are passionate about Identity and Access Management and eager to contribute to our InfoSec team’s mission of enhancing security and compliance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
