Job Profile Name:S/4HANA TechnicalLead

OurEnterprise Services organization is lookingfor S/4HANATechnical Lead to lead the SAPdevelopment & integrations team in India. The successfulcandidate will have demonstrated experience with developmentmaintenance and support of applications in S/4HANA Cloud. The rolewill act as a strategic thought partner and liaison between severalcross functional teams. The S/4HANA Technical Leadis responsible for selecting developing and retainingleadingedge talent as well as ensuring the team has the skills andcapabilities to meet businessneeds.


DutiesandResponsibilities:

Leads thedevelopment & integrations team through build testing anddeployment phases of S/4HANA Cloudimplementation.

Demonstratesextensive experience and a proven record of success leading theteams in S/4HANA development &integrations.

Work alongsideOnsite and Offshore team members to provide the highest qualityapplication management solutions related to S/4HANA Cloudecosystem; maintaining ahandson role to manage operational performance efficiency measuresresource planning leading the team in the identification oftechnical design prototyping testing training and defining supportprocesses andprocedures

Builds andmaintains relationships with stakeholders andcontributes to achievingbusinessgoals.

Develop andsustain effective trusted advisor relationships with stakeholdersincluding senior leaders to provide credible insight and adviceabout leveraging technology for business effectiveness andcompetitiveness

Provide insightsand empower the team to accomplish work and meet business demandsand develops workforce strategy to meet the Company s current andfuture softwareneeds

Creates andmaintains an environment that fosters open communication learningcollaboration transparency andinclusiveness

Define andmaintain technical requirement documentation standards andcollaborate with business partners to ensure that the requirementsare captured correctly with clear and complete understanding ofprocess and technologyimplications

Manage theSoftware Development Life Cycle to ensure that all deliveryactivities are performed in an efficient quality and compliantmanner

Ensure that allSAP Applications are reliable resilient secure andcompliant

Develop partnersindirectly through coaching and mentoring on SAP architecture bestpractices frameworks patterns and standards. Responsible forresearch and evaluation of new SAPtechnologies

Maintaineffective relationship with strategic vendors (software andApplication Maintenance Serviceproviders)


QualificationsandBackground

Experience inSAP ECC or SAP S/4HANAsolutions.

Bachelor sdegree or global equivalent in relateddiscipline

67years SAP experience in large scale implementation projects with atleast 5 years in SAP technical solutionsareas.

3 yearsmanagementexperience.

11years working inIT

Strongwritten and oral communicationskills

Knowledge ofRISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloudconcepts

Knowledge inS/4HANA Cloud solutions (Extensibility Security IntegrationUpgrades)

Experience inanalyzing designing proposing and delivering SAP TechnicalArchitectureSolutions.

Identify assessand solve complex SAP technology problems with components of SAPBusiness Technology Platform (BTP) around SAP integration suite andSAP extensionsuite.

Knowledge of SAPCentral Business Configuration (CBC) and SAP CloudALM.

Exposure totraditional SAP Line of Business solutions like SAP S/4HANA CloudAriba Concur and SAP Analytics Cloud etc. for integration extensionand analyticsscenarios.

Manage andsupport development of S/4HANA extensibility components includingIn App extensibility Flexible workflow Custom CDS Views OData Formsand email templates custom fields and logic layout adaptation ofuser interface (UI) forms andreports.

Experience inmanaging technical development in SAP S/4HANA (ABAP UI5 etc.) forcustom RICEFWdevelopments

Excellentknowledge of ABAP Debugging SAP Code inspector Eclipse &other SAP standard tools with respect todevelopment.

Handsonexperience in SAP ABAP developments Fiori development ODataservices APIservices.

Knowledge in SAPRole Administration and overall securityconcepts.

Familiarity withSAP Identity Management SAP Single Signon SAML APIs X.509certificates

Knowledge andexperience in Cloud Foundry Kyma Kubernetes SAP ABAP SAP CAP SAPRAP SAP Integration Suite (API Management Open Connectors EventMesh)

Manage changecontrol for configurations and system upgrades including regressiontesting and coordination of user acceptancetesting.

Ability tomonitor S4 HANA technical development by performing quality checkscode reviews as per industry standard developmentpractices.

Communicatetechnical issues plans and solutions from both a businessperspective and a technical perspective providing pros and cons forrecommended solutions centered aroundBTP.

Manage IT SAParchitecture technology standards frameworks patterns referencemodel and roadmaps associated with SAPPlatform.

Strongleadership project and team building skills ability to lead teamsand drive projects and initiatives by working effectively withothers with a demonstrated ability to workcrossdepartmentally
