JobRole : Application SupportEngineerExperience: 24Years
Positionresponsibilities:
  • Supportthe Systems team to ensure smooth and reliable operation ofsoftware and hardware systems for fulfilling business objectivesand processes.
  • Assist in automating existingprocesses and innovating new solutions across our cloudinfrastructure.
  • Aid in the deployment andoperations of cloud infrastructure.
  • Gauge theeffectiveness and efficiency of existing systems; develop andimplement strategies for improving or further leveraging thesesystems.
  • Assist with and perform testsincluding enduser testing for modified and newsystems.
  • Ensure system connectivity of allservers shared software groupware and otherapplications.
  • Create and maintain documentationas it relates to system configuration connectivity mappingprocesses and service records.
  • Assist with andprovide training to team members on differing areas of technologyas well as our environment.
  • 24x7 on callrotationcoverage.

Essentialskills education experience and qualifications:
  • Universitydegree in computer science or information systems and/or 2 yearsequivalent work experience
  • Strong experience inLinux/Unix
  • Possess an understanding standarddata stores (MySQL MSSQL)
  • Proficient in GoogleCloud Platform.
  • Experience supportingapplications with MySQL Apache MSSQL NGINX andothers
