  • Handle customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products or services
  • Manage inventory and stock levels to meet customer demands
  • Track and report on sales trends, market insights, and competitor analysis
  • Assist in the organization of sales events, conferences, and exhibitions
  • Participate in sales meetings to contribute ideas and insights
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Sales Manager
