PCB Designer

• Createshardware design document that covers design analysis notes andspecific guidelines followed
• Taking theresponsibility to transfer schematic netlist design ID and MEdesign into the physical PCB design basing on electrical guidancesignal integrity power integrity ID and mechanical integrity EMCand safety manufacturing industry spec and enduser usabilityrequirement
• And we have a lot of trainings andresearching plans to guide the successful candidates to be theexperts of PCB design and related areas
• Createand manage PCB documentation including fabrication and assemblydrawings Gerber files
• Gather designrequirements and provide PM with hourly estimates for thedesign
• Work with mechanical designers to comeup with a mechanical board design
• Performcircuit design and schematic capture
• Coordinateand approve PCB layout
• Prepare BOM andfabrication documentation and follow revision controlprocedures
• Bring up and test of the PCBs andauxiliaryelectronics

• Musthave strong oral and written communication skills to coordinate andcollaborate with local Operations other site Engineeringorganizations and customers
• Capable ofgenerating complete drawings set to document PWB and CCA leveldesigns is required
• Candidate must haveGD&T and tolerance analysis skills
• Mustbe able to read and understand engineering drawings electricalschematics and wiring diagrams and to translate PWB designerrequirements into tool design rules
• Experienceof working to IPC standards
• Strong knowledge ofthe fundamentals of digital and analog circuitdesign
