    • Maintainthe operational loss database conduct root cause analysis (RCA) andsuggest corrective and preventive actions(CAPA).
    • Develop and follow up onaction plans and deadlines for the closure of operational lossincidents.

  3. RiskIncident Tracking andReporting:

    • Trackand update risk incidents in the system with all necessary detailssuch as RCA and CAPA by coordinating with various departmentstakeholders.
    • Maintain and monitorcontrol reports coordinating with stakeholders to identify andimplement necessarymodifications.

  4. RiskControl andAssessment:

    • Assistin developing the Risk Control SelfAssessment (RCSA) and Key RiskIndicators (KRI) framework for allfunctions.
    • Actively participate inRCSAs identify residual risks develop mitigation plans and evaluatecontrol effectiveness through controltests.

  5. ThematicReviews and ControlEvaluation:

    • Conductthematic reviews to identify key risks in processes and assesswhether related controls are in place andeffective.
    • Actively participate inproduct and process signoffs to ensure risk management perspectivesareincorporated.

  6. ManagementReporting andDocumentation:

    • Produceclear and comprehensive management reports and documentation tosupport effective risk managementdecisions.
    • Cooperate and coordinatewith counterparts in other risk verticals to ensure a holisticapproach to riskmanagement.

  7. ProjectParticipation and Ad HocActivities:

    • Participateand contribute to various risk management projects asneeded.
    • Undertake other ad hoc riskmanagement activities asrequired.
Qualifications:

  1. EducationalBackground:

    • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Risk Management or arelated field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications(e.g. FRM PRM CERA) are aplus.

  2. WorkExperience:

    • Atleast 3 years of experience in risk management or internal auditpreferably within the insurancesector.

  3. TechnicalSkills:

    • Proficiencyin risk management software andtools.
    • Strong analytical skills withthe ability to conduct RCA andCAPA.

  4. SoftSkills:

    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills for effective coordinationwith various stakeholders.
    • Strongorganizational skills with attention todetail.

  5. Knowledge:

    • Indepthknowledge of operational risk management principles and bestpractices.
    • Familiarity with theinsurance industry s regulatory environment and compliancerequirements.

  6. OtherRequirements:

    • Abilityto work independently and as part of ateam.
    • Strong problemsolving skillsand the ability to manage multiplepriorities.
