We are looking for a Content Executive motivated and knowledgeable individual, who has experience with producing content to join the Professional Services team. The role in a nutshell:

This in an excellent opprortunity for an applicant to join the Professional Services Team and make a positive impact across the business by helping marketing and operation teams to achieve operational excellence.

What you'll be doing: Create learning material for our SharePoint Site – User Guides, Release Notes, PPTs Work with Product Teams to understand requirements for new releases and create appropriate learning material Assist the CMS and CRM consultants in creating and editing learning material  What we need from you: Able to understand technical release notes and make them more user-friendly Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills (Office365) Ability to clearly communicate in oral and written form, and deal effectively with diverse groups Ability to set priorities, manage time, organize work, and meet deadlines independently Employee benefits:
