Primary Responsibilities:
Collaborating daily with team members to effectively communicate and prioritize ongoing issues and customer requestsManaging production scheduling, file movement, electronic file transmission configuration, project creation, and providing general support for a grid-based SAS/LINUX environmentDefining and testing connections for both internal and external (Cloud) data sources as per customer requirementsMonitoring and maintaining customer disk utilization, allocating additional disk space when necessaryMonitoring, analyzing, and providing support for code execution to ensure platform stability and optimal utilization of CPU and MemoryAssisting in the creation and support of LINUX scripts for performance and platform stability analysisSupporting ICFR/SOC audit requirements and fulfilling related requestsEscalating any issues that may impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision to leadershipDevelopment of expert documentationManagement of SAS 9.x and Viya AdministrationComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
