We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Graphic Designerto join our marketing team. This role requires a blend of creativeflair and technical skill to produce visually compelling graphicsthat resonate with our fitnessfocused audience. The ideal candidatewill have experience in digital and print media and have handsonexperience with various graphic design tools andsoftwares.
Responsibilities:
Develop andconceptualize a comprehensive array of designs and layouts forvarious media including websites social media print andbranding.
Work collaboratively with the marketing teamto conceptualize and execute campaigns that effectively communicateour brands message.
Maintain brand consistencythroughout all our marketing projects.
Participate inbrainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives andideas.
Handle multiple projects from concept throughcompletion under deadlines.
Stay uptodate with industrydevelopments and tools and be willing to share knowledge andinsights with the team.
Qualifications:
12 years of graphicdesign experience preferably from an agency or relatedindustry.
Candidates preferably from fashion instituteslike NIFT NID (Fashion Communication Design)
Competentin Adobe Suite (Photoshop Illustrator; any other softwares is aplus) proficient in graphic skills including gifs and should beeager to learn new softwares.
Creative flair originalitygood aesthetic sense and strong innovation.
Excellentvisual design skills and attention to detail.
Ability towork effectively in a team and independently.
Strongorganizational and timemanagement skills.
PreferredSkills:
Experience in motion graphics andvideo editing is a plus.
Knowledge of the latest trendsin design and fitness.
Passion for sports andfitness.
